Our client located in Terrey Hills are looking for experienced Dishwasher/ Kitchen Hands to join their team in a hospital environment! Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Using a commercial dishwasher to ensure dishes are ready for dinner service and cleaned after service
* Food preparation - cutting and preparing foods
* Cleaning kitchen area - mopping, wiping and sanitising surfaces
* Organising food supplies and pantry inventory
* Assisting chefs/sous chefs with cooking
* Monday - Friday 12pm/3pm-8pm
The successful candidate must have:
* Previous food preparation experience
* Ability to follow safe food practice
* National Police Check - willing to obtain
