Marketing Manager
, you'll develop and run marketing strategies that highlight the company's sustainability journey, support sales locally and overseas, and build brand awareness. You'll work closely with other teams and help position the business as a leader in recycling and the circular economy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver a clear marketing strategy to support business growth
* Manage digital marketing: website, SEO, social media, and email campaigns
* Run campaigns to boost awareness, generate leads, and support sales
* Build the brand through PR, events, and thought leadership
* Organise trade shows, site tours and industry events
* Track results and report on marketing performance
* Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align efforts
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in B2B or industrial marketing
* Strong skills in SEO, paid ads (Google & LinkedIn), email marketing, and CRM systems
* The ability to turn complex sustainability ideas into clear, engaging messages
* Great organisation skills – able to manage projects, events, and agencies
* A genuine passion for the environment and the circular economy
* Confident communication skills – written, visual, and verbal
