Customer Service + Administration - Entry Level
We have an outstanding opportunity available where you can gain experience within a busy office environment to kick start your admin career Ideally, you will have general administration experience; however, we are open to proven customer service experience (retail, hospitality, etc.) where you have transferable skills and just need the opportunity to prove yourself. This role is available for an immediate start and is initially for approximately 3-6 months on a temporary basis, with the possibility of becoming long-term or permanent.
All you need is the right attitude, outstanding customer service and communication skills, plus the ability to learn internal computer systems, as you will be using multiple systems and portals. Full training will be provided
This role is perfect if you are seeking full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Liaising with customers regarding their requirements
* Coordinating and scheduling trades/assessors
* Maintaining databases and using various computer packages (must be computer literate and able to learn systems)
* Preparing documents using templates
* Basic email correspondence
* Liaising with internal and external contacts
* Ad hoc administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
* Energy, drive, and a passion for helping customers
* Solid customer service experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or similar fields wanting to transition into an office setting
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communication skills, capable of dealing with customers over the phone or email
* Typing speed of 40 wpm and intermediate skills in MS Office and databases; IT savvy and quick to learn internal systems
