Guest Service Agent Role
This part-time or full-time position is a key opportunity to create memorable guest experiences through warm welcomes, recognizing IHG One Rewards members, and handling payments for guest bookings.
* Main responsibilities include starting guest experiences, processing payments, managing bookings, and anticipating guest needs.
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Front Office position, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, fluency in the local language, and basic computer skills.
* We are seeking someone who can work flexible rosters, including weekends and public holidays, has a valid Australian driver's license, and holds a current police clearance.
