Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
* Provide personalized service to customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
* Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Participate in in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures
* Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
