To learn more about Shine Bright and our philosophy please visit the Shine Bright website. **About the Role** As the SRF educator you will develop relationships with families allowing you to support their children through a collaborative approach to the child's learning and wellbeing. Your day will be varied as you provide support where needed in the service **Available Positions**
- Epsom Kindergarten - Cert III or Diploma Educator - 15.00 hours per week (Wednesday and Friday)
- until 20/12/2024.
- Kangaroo Flat Kindergarten - Cert III Educator - 7.50 Hours per week - (Wednesday) until 20/12/2024
- Strathfieldsaye Kindergarten - Cert III Educator - 5.00 Hours per week - (Monday) until 20/12/2024
- Set up and run experiences
- Assist educators in behavior management and Allied Health discussions
- Step into Ratio as required
- Breakfast Club
- Implement SRF Menu Items
**About You** As a qualified Early Childhood Educator with a passion for children and working in a collaborative environment you will be able to demonstrate your professionalism, flexibility, leadership and how you incorporate First Nations perspectives in your pedagogy and practice.
- Minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood or actively working towards (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Approved Victorian Employer WWC Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate - desirable but not essential
- Experience working with children (Desirable but not essential)
- Experience working in a kindergarten setting (Desirable but not essential)
