About the Role 
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will add significant value to the Finance Team through: 
- Calling and emailing customers to follow up outstanding payments on natural stone slabs, tools and machinery 
- Working closely with sales consultants to influence customers to pay their debts 
- Creating and delivering various AR reports to key stakeholders 
- Completing journal entries 
- Providing back up support to the Finance team including processing supplier invoices, supporting process improvements and any other ad hoc business requests

About You 
- You’re comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues, including in situations that may be difficult. You adjust your style to suit the circumstances, collaborate with others to resolve issues, and make decisions when action is required. 
- You might have gained these skills in customer service, administration, sales support, or another role with regular customer contact. Now, you’re looking for a stable role in a supportive team where you can use your communication skills in a finance setting and learn new tasks over time. 
Selection Criteria 
To be successful for this opportunity, we’d love you to bring: 
- Basic excel skills 
- Customer service or call centre experience
