Administrative Support Role
This role provides comprehensive administrative support and manages reception duties in a residential aged care facility.
* Main responsibilities include:
* Rostering staff and ensuring up-to-date rosters are accessible
* Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborating with the Service Manager to ensure seamless operations
* Organising meetings and scheduling training sessions
* Managing office supplies and consumables
* Scanning and uploading documents for residents and staff
* Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
* Communicating effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Assisting residents with tasks such as room preparation and booking transport
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with computer systems and possess excellent communication skills.
