This is a term-time continuing position as a Pathways Assistant - Work Experience at Shalom College.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work under pressure and work collaboratively with others to meet timelines
* Ability to be flexible with changing priorities, whilst maintaining a positive solution-focused outlook
* High level of initiative and process thinking to ensure continuous improvement of processes
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office to produce a range of documents
* A commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school

Tertiary qualifications at Certificate level or equivalent knowledge, qualifications and experience relevant to this role would be highly regarded.

Mandatory Requirements

* Hold a current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act)
* Be able to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
* Read, understand and accept the requirements of the Statement of Principles for employment in Catholic Schools
