Kimberley Therapy Services (KTS) is a multidisciplinary allied health service delivering holistic, person-centred therapy in the stunning Kimberley region of Western Australia. Our passionate team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists.

About the Role
We're looking for a suitably qualified and values-driven Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. Whether you're based in Broome, Derby, or Kununurra, you'll work as part of a passionate and experienced multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, flexibility, and innovation.

Your role will involve working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them build communication, participation, and functional independence in ways that reflect their goals and contexts.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform screenings, assessments, and create individualised treatment plans
* Deliver evidence-informed therapy for communication and swallowing needs
* Collaborate with families, educators, carers, and fellow allied health professionals
* Support NDIS participants to reach their goals in meaningful and functional ways
* Travel to remote Kimberley communities (optional and flexible)
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and participate in team-based planning
* Engage in regular supervision, team learning, and complex case discussions
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Degree in Speech Pathology
* Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
* Current Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
* National Police Clearance & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
* Vaccinated for Covid19 (Recommended 3 vaccinations)
* Current First Aid Certificate including CPR
* Strong interpersonal and time management skills
* A person-centred mindset and commitment to inclusive service delivery
Desirable:
* Knowledge of NDIS processes and guidelines is also highly valued
* Interest in outreach work and remote service delivery
