We are seeking a highly skilled professional to undertake diagnostic, technical repair, and servicing activities on a range of motor vehicles.
This role will involve performing quality mechanical servicing, maintenance, and repairs of vehicles in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out servicing utilizing appropriate work practices, techniques, tools, and equipment.
* Providing accurate quotations to customers.
* Maintaining the mechanic workshop in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
In addition, you will assist with the evaluation and road testing of customer's vehicles.
Requirements:
* Basic oral and written communication skills.
* A valid & current Australian Drivers' license.
* Trade qualifications as a Motor Mechanic -Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
* A valid & current MVTC License (Based on State).
* Successful completion of an apprenticeship and experience in repairing and maintaining a range of motor vehicles.
* Experience in the use of a range of tools and equipment associated with the mechanical workshop operation.
