The Position: Long Term Planner – Asset Management – (Rail - Plant Automation)

Skills Sets and Experinece in: SAP, Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, Tactics, Reliability Engineering
Role Purpose: Develops strategic asset plans, forecasts and budgets. This role works with reliability- and risk-related stakeholders to determine appropriate plans to mitigate critical asset-related risks.
Key Accountabilities:
* Identifies and manages strategic maintenance requirements that involve integration across multiple sites or asset groups.
* Develops maintenance zero based budgets and links forecasts to operating plans
* Governs the effective execution of business-defined maintenance planning processes
* Analyses maintenance data to identify improvement actions for asset strategies and tactics.
Functional Area: Asset Management Roles related to maximising the value of assets by either ensuring optimal operational management or driving returns from the asset portfolio through activities such as modelling and forecasting, lifecycle management and hedging.
Job Family: PS Asset Planning & Scheduling
Job Family Description: Defining, scoping, developing and analysing the asset management plans that deliver the asset strategies and tactics to meet business objectives, aligned to the full business value chain. Developing and analysing asset schedules that detail the logical sequencing and timing of the execution of asset management plans, and optimising resource allocation.
