- Diverse Rotations: Rotate across different teams and projects 2-4 times within the two year period, gaining hands-on experience and discovering your unique path within the business.

About You
You’re passionate about building your career in one of these fields:
- Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Structural Engineering.
- Commercial or Finance disciplines (new for 2026!).
You Will Bring
- Openness to travel and rotations, including FIFO/DIDO opportunities is a must!
- Relevant tertiary qualifications; have completed an undergraduate degree within the last two years or by the end of 2025
- A strong desire to learn and adapt in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for safety, sustainability, and making a real impact.
