Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
* Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
* Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
* Proficiency in documentation tools and methodologies
* Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
* Detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team
