Your new company
Our highly impressive client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager/Controller to join their growing business in the construction sector. Managing a small finance team of 2, you will be working within a friendly, motivated and welcoming team environment, in nice offices in Perth's southern suburbs.
Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all accounting duties for the business, including subsidiaries. You'll be supported by an Accounts Payable Officer and an Accounts Receivable/Payroll Officer for transactional duties, and will be responsible for leading them also. This is a permanent full-time role, where you will receive a full handover when you commence. The position will involve a lot of business partnering and stakeholder engagement, as well as assisting the GM with any additional duties.
What you'll need to succeed
* CPA/CA highly desirable
* Experience working in the construction sector
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in working with stakeholders
* Experience managing a small finance team
* Time management and organisational skills
What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with an attractive annual salary, dependent on skill set and experience circa $150,000 + superannuation. Our client is open to this role being considered for part-time arrangements, 0.8 and so if this is of interest to you, please let us know.
