About the Role
As an administrative professional, you will be responsible for supporting operational processes and contributing to a safe and respectful correctional environment.
1. Managing and maintaining official records and information systems.
2. Supporting the preparation of Use of Force (UOF) and Inmate Misconduct packages.
3. Assisting with Conflict With Offenders (CWO) and EA Progression meetings.
4. Coordinating segregation documentation and Official Visitors processes.
5. Completing general administrative duties to support daily operations.
6. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to maintain safety and order.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, or relevant administrative experience.
* A Certificate III Correctional Practice, or willingness to obtain with the first year of employment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* The ability to meet compliance requirements, including Police Check and clearance by Corrective Services NSW.
