The role and key duties;
* Work closely with the Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager to support the delivery of portfolio, asset and brand marketing plans
* Assist in the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from briefing through to post-campaign review
* Roll out national brand campaigns with strong local relevance and brand consistency
* Partner with hotel leadership teams to identify commercial opportunities and deliver targeted marketing solutions
* Work with regional teams to coordinate on-site events, activations, partnerships and national seasonal campaigns
* Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise ROI
* Champion data-led decision-making through reporting and performance tracking
* Assist in managing marketing budgets and agency/supplier relationships
* Maintain clear communication with operational teams to support effective campaign execution
Essential criteria required to be considered;
* 2–3 years' experience in a marketing role (hospitality, tourism or luxury brands highly regarded)
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred)
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Working knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, email marketing and analytics platforms
* Experience with SEO/SEM, paid media and social advertising
* Ability to analyse data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management capability.
