Credit Administration Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Lending staff by performing various duties related to loan processing, administration, and closing.
Key responsibilities include recording new applications, loans, and deposit accounts, communicating with customers regarding their credit relationship with the bank, obtaining customer credit information, and ensuring sufficient loan collateral.
Essential Functions:
* Record and update customer information in our database
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine issues
* Assist in preparing periodic loan reports and reviews
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
* Two years of experience in banking administration
* A valid driver's license and satisfactory background check

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
