We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent for one of our clients in the Management consulting space. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for building and managing our talent acquisition function, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and driving exceptional hiring outcomes across the business. As the Head of Talent, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization and supporting our ambitious growth plans.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top‐quality candidates for a range of roles.
* Utilize data‐driven insights to continuously improve and optimize our recruitment process.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and requirements.
* Build and lead a high‐performing talent acquisition team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Partner with the broader HR team to drive a positive candidate and employee experience.
What we're looking for
* Extensive experience (8+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment management, ideally in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment.
* Proven track record of building and leading successful talent acquisition teams.
* Strong understanding of the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
* Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
