We’re seeking Junior Production Horticulturists to assist Supervisors in managing crop care and picking strategies, ensuring production goals are met. Location: Location: VIC – Warragul, Tatura, Mansfield, Katunga, Ravenhall & Epping
Key Responsibilities:
Perform crop care and picking tasks to meet targets
Support Supervisors and cover key duties during absences
Train and mentor new staff on procedures and techniques
Monitor crop health, pests, and diseases; report findings
Assist with SOPs, hygiene protocols, and disease prevention
Contribute to planting, trials, and greenhouse upkeep
Operate crop care trolleys and maintain equipment
About You:
Cert III/IV in Horticulture or 3–5 years’ relevant experience
Computer literacy; climate software experience preferred
Forklift and ChemCert licences desirable
Physically fit, reliable, and safety focused
