Flex Fitness Club is a family run 24/7 gym facilitating 3 clubs in, Adelaide fitted with the latest and advanced commercial gym equipment. With a huge passion for fitness as our backbone we opened our first club in 2016 to help make health & fitness accessible to more people, at an affordable price. Our staff and members enjoy state of the art equipment, & fantastic facilities, in an encouraging environment to all experience levels. We're all about no cookie cutter fit outs, and hand select all our equipment, with clubs offering machines no other gym in the state has.
THE ROLE:
Flex Fitness Club Gawler is looking for a driven, outgoing and goal orientated Club Manager with great sales skills, and an ability to provide fantastic customer service and experience to members.
As Club Manager, you will be responsible for day to day operations, and the gyms overall performance and sales. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere which is why a passion for fitness and helping people is essential.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee club operations on a daily basis.
* Meeting monthly sales & performance targets.
* Drive and manage the club's social media pages.
* Manage administration of the club.
* Meet and greet potential and existing members and provide an excellent customer service experience.
* Maintain a vibrant, fun & positive club culture
· Maintain cleanliness standards of the club.
SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Excellent oral and written communication
* Naturally great with people
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and execute initiative
* Good natural sales skills

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
* First Aid Certificate
* Certificate IV in Fitness
* Sales Experience
* Management Experience
