Administration Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including reception duties, data entry and general administration.


Key Responsibilities:

* Reception duties, including greeting clients and contractors
* Answering phones and responding to queries in a timely manner
* Performing data entry tasks, including updating records and databases
* General administration duties, including preparing documents and reports
* Liaising with clients, contractors, colleagues and management

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite. A current Working with Vulnerable People/Children Check, National Police Check, and Driver's Licence are also essential requirements.
