Job Description
* Build and Foster Strategic Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with Wholesale Cafe Partners to drive quality, retention, and growth.
* Secure New Accounts: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to introduce exceptional specialty coffee to customers.
* Represent the Brand: Showcase Campos Coffee at industry events and other forums.
* Train and Maintain Quality Standards: Provide education and support to Wholesale Cafe Partners to meet presentation standards.
* Strategize for Success: Collaborate with partners to increase profitability and achieve goals.
Requirements:
* A passion for coffee and experience working with coffee is essential.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, barista skills, coffee knowledge, and equipment knowledge are necessary.
* A proven track record in new business development and account management is desirable.
* Ideally, previous experience in a cafe/hospitality environment at management level is required.
* Ability to work autonomously and achieve KPIs is essential.
* Physical fitness to lift boxes, grinders, and coffee machines is required.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of small businesses is necessary.
* Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems are required.
* Valid Australian work permit and full clean driver's license are mandatory.
* Willingness to travel to regional QLD and stay overnight if required.
