About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education.
You will build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers
* Building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts
* Providing added value to customers through product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs
* Developing strategic business plans and monitoring territory performance
* Addressing product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness
* Presenting in operating theatres to assist surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of products
* Overseeing the maintenance of product inventory
