The opportunity
Are you a warm and professional communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a full-time Senior Receptionist to join our Mackay office.
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in presenting a polished and welcoming experience. If you thrive in a front-facing role and enjoy supporting a busy professional team, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
* Greet clients, visitors, and potential clients with professionalism and warmth
* Answer calls, respond to general enquiries, and direct calls appropriately
* Take and forward accurate messages promptly
* Manage appointments, diaries, and meeting bookings
* Order stationery and manage office supplies
* Collect and manage mail and banking
* Liaise with external providers (e.g. super funds and insurers)
* Assist with client bill payments and general administrative support
* Maintain a tidy and professional reception and meeting space
* Support the smooth running of the office with various day-to-day tasks
What you will bring
* Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role
* A strong customer focus and professional phone manner
* Excellent verbal communication and strong typing skills
* High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
* Confident using technology and open to learning new systems
* Calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Professional presentation in line with Morgans' corporate image
