Reporting to the Associate Director, GTM (Go To Market) Strategy and Operations, you will be responsible for orchestrating comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive exceptional experiences and outcomes for our customers and sales channels. This will be achieved by creating integrated GTM programs and launch activities across our Mid-Market customer base. You will play a lead role in building strong relationships with all GTM stream leads and partners to deliver a coordinated approach and centralised GTM function. You will take sales, business and customer insights to deliver integrated GTM strategies for hero propositions and product launches. You will also ensure strong planning and governance to maximise budgets, resources and reduce risk. This includes working across a number of internal teams, sales channels and with external partners. Your role will also be responsible for delivering GTM sales incentive programs that complement the GTM strategy and aligns sales activities in our focus areas. You will ensure the effective delivery of tactical and strategic incentive programs, ensuring they drive business outcomes across various channels This role is open to candidates based in either Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, Victoria What you bring • Proven experience in crafting and implementing comprehensive GTM strategies for business customers. • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and resources to improve outcomes and minimize risks. • Outstanding project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. • Ability to analyze sales, business, and customer insights to inform GTM strategies. • Proven ability to implement incentive programs that align with strategic goals and drive performance • Proven experience in shaping propositions and managing product launche The day to day • Design and deliver Mid-Market GTM strategic initiatives, sizing and prioritising activities to deliver the best overall sales, customer and strategic outcomes. • Act as a “segment champion” across all GTM initiatives to ensure all internal and external execution is integrated and aligned to the segment strategy and customer needs. • Govern the delivery into market and channel, reviewing deliverables, tracking milestones, mitigating risks and landing go/no go decisions • Design and deliver GTM incentive program and budgets, ensuring they align with GTM strategies and drive performance in sales channels. • Work collaboratively with leaders and rewards programs to ensure GTM incentive program motivates the right behaviours and contributes to overarching Optus rewards outcomes.
