About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Strategy One Human Resources' in Narre Warren. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients find the right talent for their organisations. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates for our clients' open roles
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
* Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
* Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on hiring strategies and market trends
* Negotiating offer terms and managing the onboarding process for successful candidates
* Continuously expanding your network and identifying new business opportunities
* Achieving and exceeding individual and team-based recruitment targets
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer within an agency or in-house environment
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in a variety of roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* A genuine passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to help clients and candidates achieve their goals
