Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in Ballarat. As a Centre Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers and supporting the daily operation of our Hose Service Centre.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide solutions and build relationships with a diverse range of customers. You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills, including hose assembly, machine/weld, and pipe-bending procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Support: Assist customers at the counter and on the phone, providing information and advice on our products and services.
* Hose Assembly: Learn and perform hose assembly procedures, including machine/weld and pipe-bending operations.
* Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and transactions using our database system.
* Stock Control: Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods as required.
