Pipeline Supplies Australia (PSA) joined the Reece family in Victoria in 2021 and due to rapid growth and expansion we opened a new warehouse in Smeaton Grange – Sydney in 2023. PSA is a trusted and well‐established specialist provider of bespoke and prefabricated HVAC solutions. Currently servicing Tier 1 mechanical contractors, this is an area where we're seeing increased market demand and complements our existing HVAC‐R business.

About the Role
You'll be supporting essential industries and helping our customers get the materials they need to effectively work every day – building relationships as you go. So being good with people is a must.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
* Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met.
* Ensure productivity targets are met.
* Participate in the establishment of satisfactory inventory levels to pursue company goals, overseeing stock control and assisting with order processing.
* Ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives are met.
* Maintain the effective layout of the Warehouse/Distribution Centre.
* Develop systems and adhere to procedures for operating and managing physical facilities, human resources, and equipment in a profitable manner.
* Plan, direct, and implement warehouse operations and administrative support to meet company service goals.
* Ensure security and maintenance of grounds, building and all warehouse and office equipment.
* Communicate with Sales/Customer Care on customer‐related issues and inventory management.
* Oversee planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment, as well as overall company grounds.
* Ensure cleanliness and security of the work environment.
* Be the primary contact for all site maintenance and consumable requirements.
* Create a collaborative and supportive environment for the team.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Other duties as required.
