- To secure an interview with our client you will need to have the following qualified skills and attributes
- Exposure to high stock holdings and logistic operations
- People leadership and development for 40+
- Business analytics, including but limited to not sales, wages, waste, margins
- Work place health and safety, implementation and monitoring
- Recruitment and retention for large teams, with your people first approach
- Proven succession planning of your teams
- A collaborative approach to retail leadership, this is not a re-invent the business model as it works, but more of the how can I give it a bit of flair?
- Your strength as a store manager is proven in your time FOH with your teams, you thrive in 'working the floor' with them not sitting in the back off crunching numbers.
