Pierluigi is looking for an experienced pizza yolo to join our team at our BRAND NEW location in Toorak .
Pierluigi is an Artisan Italian Pasticceria with a focus on Italian/Roman style focaccia pizza (pizza a taglio).
For this role we are looking for:
* Experience of at least 3 years
* Confidence & experience in making Italian style focaccia & pizza
* Confidence & experience in equipment use such as provers, dough sheeter, ovens etc.
* Knowledge & understanding of food safety and product wastage
* Knowledge of food ordering & stock management
* Displays time management skills
* Displays sense of responsibility & leadership
* Displays cleanliness & keeps work area clean
* Experience in Italy beneficial for your application.
