We're looking for reliable and professional Disability Support Workers who are full of positive energy to join our team in Moe for a weekday community access program.
Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
About the role
You are a person‑centred support worker who loves getting active – whether it's swimming, biking, gaming or trying new activities.
The role includes
* Supporting behaviours of concern
* Assisting with personal care and daily routines
* Providing transport and community engagement support
What we're looking for
* Current Driver's Licence (required for community transport)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (required)
* Experience working with behaviours of concern and intellectual disability
* Someone who brings enthusiasm, fun and a genuine desire to help people achieve their goals
