From market mornings and beach days to work commutes, pilates sessions, holidays and thoughtful gifting, our bags are designed to go everywhere with you, for every occasion.
What started as an idea between two sisters in a spare bedroom has become a cult-loved label collected and worn globally, now stocked in David Jones, THE ICONIC and 150+ stores across Australia and internationally.
2026 is a defining year for EAU BAGS as we scale intentionally and sustainably into new markets - and content and community is at the centre of that growth.
The role: Content and Community Builder
EAU BAGS is loved by so many around the world, and as we continue to grow, we want to nurture, grow and activate that community further.
This is a hands-on, creator-first role.
We're looking for a creative who is obsessed with making content, is on the forefront of trends, and is excited to learn, grow and thrive with us.
Everyday you'll be concepting, filming, editing, posting, replying, engaging, and helping bring EAU BAGS to life every day - online and occasionally IRL.
You don't need years of experience. You do need taste, initiative, curiosity, and a genuine love of content and people.
Key responsibilities 1. Content Creation (TikTok-First)
* Create engaging, on-brand content across TikTok (primary) and Instagram
* Adapt trends in a way that feels elevated, chic, and true to EAU BAGS
* Support founder-led content where required
* Maintain a consistent posting rhythm aligned to launches and moments
2. Community Engagement
* Engage daily with our community via DMs, comments, polls, Q & A's, prompts
* Foster conversation, not just replies
* Act as a warm, trusted brand voice online
* Organise and maintain a library of UGC, reviews, and customer imagery
3. UGC & Creator Activation
* Manage a monthly UGC watchlist (organic creators, customers, moments)
* Help communicate and activate incentives
* Coordinate seasonal gifting aligned to product launches
* Encourage repeat UGC through campaigns or ongoing incentives
4. Community Experiences (IRL)
* Support the planning and execution of an EAU BAGS community experience
* Pop-up or event concept
* Timing & execution support
* Product, incentives, and content moments
* Assist with PR, creator attendance, and post-event content amplification
* Report directly to the co-founders
* Track performance against clear KPIs
* Contribute ideas to monthly content and community planning
* Support light marketing activity and campaign execution as required
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience building or contributing to a social media presence
* A genuine love for content creation - video especially
* Strong filming and editing skills (phone + desktop)
* A refined aesthetic and interest in fashion, lifestyle, and design
* Confidence engaging online and appearing on camera when needed
* Clear, warm, and confident communication style
* Strong organisation skills and ability to manage deadlines
* Initiative - you see opportunities and act on them
* Openness to feedback and eagerness to grow
* Excitement about shaping this role and growing with the brand
