The Role
Full Time Physiotherapist based at our flagship wellness center in Merrylands
This is an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing Allied Health team in a hybrid role that blends clinical care, residential aged care support, and home care service delivery.
You'll work across our Wellness Hub, Residential Aged Care facilities, and Home Care clients, providing evidence-based physiotherapy and contributing to our mission of supporting older adults to live well, move more, and stay independent.

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in private practice, home-based care, and/or residential aged care
Ability to work autonomously in the community while contributing effectively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
Strong clinical reasoning skills with a client-centred, outcomes-focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, residents, families, and stakeholders
Sound time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload across different settings
Willingness to travel within the local region (roles and locations can be aligned to the successful candidate's home location)
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement
