We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Golf Operations Manager to oversee golf services, member engagement, retail operations, competitions, and staff leadership.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional member, guests and public golfers
Managing tee sheets, competitions, and daily golf operations
Overseeing the golf shop, retail sales, stock control & POS
Leading, training, and rostering golf operations staff
Coordinating golf events, corporate days & club competitions
Ensuring smooth pace of play and professional course conduct
What You'll Bring
Strong golf knowledge (rules, handicapping, scoring)
Excellent communication & people skills
Experience supervising staff in customer-facing environments
Ability to manage procedures, bookings, and operational systems
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
Desirable: Golf retail experience, knowledge of golf software/POS, and merchandising skills.
