Reporting to the General Manager – Corporate Governance & HR, this role will drive strategic HR initiatives that align with Haslin’s mission, values, and growth objectives. ABOUT THE ROLE As People & Culture Manager, you’ll lead the full employee lifecycle - from attracting and onboarding talent, through to performance management, remuneration reviews, and employee engagement. You’ll also play a key role in diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing, and other people initiatives. You will be responsible for: Leading and implementing HR strategy aligned with company values and business needs Managing talent acquisition, internships, and graduate programs Coordinating onboarding, pre-employment checks and system setup Supporting a high-performance culture through structured performance reviews and development programs Driving diversity and inclusion efforts, including Haslin’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Supporting compliance, employee relations, and workplace investigations Overseeing annual salary review processes and liaising with payroll Managing recognition programs including Core Values Awards, Safe As Awards, and milestone celebrations Coordinating CSR initiatives Preparing monthly HR reports for the Senior Leadership Team Championing wellbeing and mental health initiatives WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Joining Haslin means becoming part of a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive culture.
