Chisholm is seeking an experienced Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner for our People, Culture and Safety Team.

About the Role
As the Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert wellbeing and injury management advice, training and support to Chisholm managers and employees, including Return to Work (RTW) & Recover at Work (RAW) follow-up support
- Facilitating processes for return to work, reporting and trend analysis to monitor and measure performance for improvement opportunities
- Providing comprehensive case management and administration of ill and injured employees, including the development and management of RTW and RAW plans
- Support the development and design of project initiatives to continually improve wellbeing and injury management practices
- Implement strategies to gain the effective engagement of Managers across Chisholm in the increased awareness of wellbeing and injury Management and return to work policies, processes and support offerings
- Support any internal/external audits, report on findings and identified improvement opportunities within Wellbeing & Injury Management
- Maintain and review the Chisholm’s Wellbeing & Injury Management reporting system and provide statistical reports to management, Chisholm’s Health & Safety Committee, other committees
- Provide incident response by way of wellbeing support and advice to employees and managers before, during and after workplace incidents
- Initiate early engagement with ill or injured employees, managers and medical practitioners to proactively manage rehabilitation processes
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with proven competency in the provision of expert Wellbeing & Injury Management advice, excellent customer service and collaborative case management in a complex, multi-risk environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in relevant fields e.g. OH&S;, Personal Injury Management, Claims, Paramedicine or subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and experience.
- Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA) approved, return to work coordination certificate of claims administration is highly desirable; OR a willingness to undertake.
- Experience in WorkCover/Ill and Injured claims management, rehabilitation and return to work programs or experience in a similar role.
