We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to join a busy Civil Company based in The Oaks 2570. This is a full-time position offering a varied role within a supportive office environment.
About the Role
This position involves a broad range of office administration responsibilities, including:
* Data entry
* Accounts payable
* Accounts receivable
* Fleet maintenance coordination
* Vehicle registrations
* General office administration duties
About You
We are looking for an all-round administrator who:
* Has strong attention to detail
* Can work independently and manage their time effectively
* Has a practical, can-do attitude
* Uses initiative and good common sense
* Has good communication and organisational skills
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in accounts payable and receivable
* Access to your own vehicle
* Australian citizenship is required for this position

* 9:00am – 5:00pm
* Based in The Oaks
