A well-established Perth-based digital consultancy is seeking an experienced
Digital Account Manager
to join its client delivery team.
This role blends
client relationship management
with
end-to-end project delivery
, working across digital marketing, web, and content-led initiatives for purpose-driven organisations.
The Opportunity
You'll act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard, while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture long-term client relationships
* Lead digital projects from brief through to delivery
* Run project timelines, budgets, and workflows
* Facilitate regular WIP and project meetings
* Identify improvement opportunities across client platforms
* Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams
About You
* 3+ years' experience in a digital agency environment
* Strong project management and client-facing capability
* Solid understanding of digital campaigns, SEO and content
* Experience working with web platforms (WordPress exposure advantageous)
* Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
