Biological Therapies is an Australian based Pharmaceutical manufacturer of injectable and oral vitamin products, with markets to Doctors, Hospitals and Pharmacies. Its early inception occurred over 55 years ago and has currently been located in Braeside for over 3 years. This growing company requires an experienced enthusiastic pharmaceutical marketing and sales person to enable further growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a senior person with considerable Marketing and Sales experience. You will contribute Significant Marketing and Sales programs to enable company expansion in Australia and Abroad. Initiatives are required for marketing and sales campaigns and promotions. Experience in handling extensive databases and marketing materials is required. Supporting conferences, including face to face and on-line training an advantage.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with senior management and aligning with company goals help implement marketing and sales campaigns using current and new databases for achieving significant customer growth and brand building. Contribute to customer acquisition through media promotion, networking, trade shows and events. Measure and report performance, including statistical analysis of marketing and sales campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals. Follow up leads generated, and convert to orders.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience
* Significant ability to help generate and statistically analyze databases
* Experience with analytics tools for database generation and statistical analysis is required
* Hands on experience in developing campaigns and promotions
* Proven success in a fast paced environment, working proactively with senior management
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Innovative thinker, creative ability to negotiate and problem solve and discuss solutions before implementation
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks
* Enthusiastic about recent advances in nutritional therapies
* Hold a Bachelor's degree specifically in life sciences or a related medical field
* Possess Australian work rights as visa sponsorship is not available
