An opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Retail Manager to join Eyescan Toorak – a distinguished boutique optical practice renowned for combining premium eyewear with leading clinical expertise. Working alongside Ophthalmologist Dr Harry Unger and a highly regarded team, this role offers the chance to shape the patient experience at one of Melbourne’s most prestigious addresses.
In this role, you will curate a seamless and personalised journey for every eyecare client – from expert clinical care to the selection of exquisite, designer frames. With a strong and passionate customer base, the opportunity exists to develop deep relationships and continue to build a loyal following of eyewear clients. We are seeking an experienced qualified who embodies discretion, elegance, and service excellence, and who takes pride in leading a team to deliver standards of care that meet the expectations of Toorak’s discerning clientele.
Whilst optical experience is preferred, a background in premium/luxury goods and high touch customer service will also be considered favourably.
Qualifications
- Significant retail or practice management experience in a premium retail or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and the ability to inspire and refine team performance
- Proven expertise in customer care and operational excellence
- A consultative, relationship-driven approach to client care and eyewear styling
