Skills Required: 3-4 years of experience as a Senior Multimedia Designer or similar role Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, innovative design work (fintech, B2B, or SaaS ESSENTIAL) Ability to lead creative direction and take ownership of design projects Strong conceptual thinking and ability to simplify complex ideas visually Experience designing campaigns that drive engagement and commercial outcomes Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, growth) Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Experience in animation, video editing, and email design (HubSpot preferred) Web design experience (Framer is a strong advantage) Familiarity with AI tools for design and workflow optimization Nice to Have UI/UX design experience Motion graphics expertise Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments What will you do?
