About the role:
WorkPac is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support our client based in Milton. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance for site-based operations, including compliance support, document control, logistics coordination, and accounts processing. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations and seamless communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support to site managers, operations teams, and regional offices
* Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with customers, suppliers, and internal staff
* Processing purchase orders, invoices, delivery dockets, and expense claims
* Maintaining accurate records in internal systems (e.g. SAP or similar ERP systems)
* Coordinating scheduling for deliveries, site visits, meetings, and training
* Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis for operational or financial reporting
* Managing filing systems, document control, and record retention
* Liaising with depots, quarries, plants, and transport teams to support daily operations
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience in an administration, office support, or coordinator role (construction, logistics, or industrial environments preferred)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data entry and documentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems highly regarded
* Clear written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
* Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, timesheets, or payroll support (desirable)
