About this position
Support the delivery of Leisure World services while maintaining high standards in public relations and customer care.
Your role includes:
* Supervising the pool to ensure a safe aquatic environment
* Identifying and reducing risks
* Acting as a positive role model
* Providing lifesaving assistance and first aid
* Delivering excellent customer service
Make a difference in a vibrant, community-focused setting.
What we are looking for
* Demonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based facility
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of people
* Availability to work weekend, early morning, and evening shifts, as required
Essential requirements
* Working with Children Check card
* Provide First Aid qualification
* CPR qualification
* Pool Lifeguard certificate
* Current police clearance (less than three months old). Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage of the recruitment process as it is an appointment condition.
