**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Willing to work ion 24X7 environment and technically leading the IT Security infrastructure support team
- leading major incident management calls from technical perspective.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders, other Engineers, Iteration Managers, Architect, Security team.
- Liaising and working with Professional Services Engineers and Solutions Architects around client projects and deployments.
- Keeping detailed knowledge of the clients' environment(s) by maintaining and updating relevant documentation such as Network Diagrams, Configuration Databases along with process and procedural documentation
- Providing technical support within Managed Services' ITIL aligned service delivery processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management and Release Management.
- Take initiative to problem solve with positive attitude towards feedback from team for improvements.
- Adaptable and flexible with ability to multi-tasking.
- Experience in Data center migration activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, processes and procedures.
- Able to manage reliability and availability functions for different platforms.
- Ensure continuous improvement with a focus on driving automations.
- Develop colleagues and continue to build out the capability of the team
**Skills /Competencies**:
**Essential**:
- Extensive operation support experience in at least 2 of below platforms
- Imperva WAF
- Imperva DBF
- Experienced deploying and supporting to Amazon, Azure and ESX environments
- Experience on OS level security across Windows, Linux.
- Ability to diagnose and conduct root cause analysis
- Experience in run book, service transition, design documentation and service continuity
- Establish alerting thresholds/triggers, analyses alerts from various sources within the enterprise, and determine possible causes and effects on the systems and data
- Experience working in a hybrid cloud and on-premise environment
**Benefits**:

- Good knowledge on Infrastructure and Network Security concepts
- CISSP, CISM, CCNA, CEH and other information security certifications is preferable
- Work in Agile environment. Should be familiar with JIRA, Confluence etc.
