School Crossing Supervisor – Casual – Port Macquarie Local Government Area

In this role, you'll
* Become a Road Safety Hero and a respected face in the community, entrusted with the safety of kids, parents, teachers, and local motorists.
* Serve as a familiar presence around schools, making safety visible to families.
Shift details
* Scheduled between school zone hours 08:00‐09:30 and 14:30‐16:00, with a minimum of one‐hour shifts as required, Monday to Friday during the school term.
* Casual position providing relief at sites in the Port Macquarie Local Government Area.
About you
* Community‐mindful, reliable, and prepared to show up in good or bad weather.
* Effective communicator, alert to potential dangers.
* Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, reference checks, police check, and health assessment; existing checks are an advantage.
Eligibility
* Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of appointment.
Training and Equipment
* All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.
* Hourly rate along with superannuation.
