Position: Customer Service Representative
Contract: End of June at this stage, potential to extend
Organisation: Not-for-profit
As one of the largest not-for-profit organisations in Australia, our client offers over 550 services across NSW and the ACT in the areas of aged care, retirement and independent living, early learning, disability, chaplaincy and community services.
Hours of work are full time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering inquiries and providing excellent customer support
* Resolving issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency
* Processing financial information / data
* Maintaining accurate records and documenting interactions
* Effectively navigate internal database and resources available
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
* Previous call centre or customer service experience
* Strong administration skills including data entry and attention to detail
* Availability to commence as soon as possible
A cleared police check and 2 reference checks are required before commencement.
