Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first line of support for clients via email, chat, and phone regarding their travel plans.
* Process booking modifications, flight cancellations, and special accommodation requests promptly.
* Troubleshoot travel-related issues in real-time to minimize client stress.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and destination protocols to advise clients accurately.
* Document all client interactions and updates in our internal systems.
