Hospitality Positions - X-Golf and Hey Caddy Townsville
X-Golf is Australia's largest indoor golf brand focusing on providing an accurate and reliable golfing experience combined with high level food and beverage service.
The Townsville venue combines the established X-Golf experience with Hey Caddy mini golf offering to provide entertainment for all walks of life.
X-Golf/Hey Caddy Townsville features 6 state of the art golf simulators, 18 holes of newly designed mini golf, a full bar and kitchen along with a high end audio visual setup for music and sports. It's located in Idalia.
We are on the lookout for casual employees for the venue with potentail to move to full time. There are two different sides to the venue, being indoor golf and mini golf. Although some positions may focus on a specific side of the operation, there will be some cross over and ideal candidates will be able to service both sides.
Current interest in and knowledge of golf is not required but the willingness to learn the basics is.
What you'll do:
* Help provide a fun guest experience by going above and beyond for their needs.
* Introduce the guests to our products whether it be Mini Golf or the X-Golf simulators.
* Quench the guests thirst by serving a great selection of drinks whether it be a schooner of beer, glass of wine or a tasty cocktail
* Prepare and serve food from our simple but tasty menu
* Work in a team to service events, casual play and competitions.
* Assist in all facets of the business
* Report to the venue manager
What you need:
* Fun and energetic personality
* RSA
* Basic experience in a hospitality venue
* A positive attitude
* The desire to learn these new products for Townsville
