We are looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at our Lyrebird facility in Drouin, VIC on a Permanent Part Time basis, providing exceptional nursing care to our residents.

About the role
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EN) at Respect, you will be responsible for delivering safe and competent clinical nursing care to residents while adhering to the standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile a comprehensive history from residents and/or family members to identify care needs through admissions and ongoing assessments.
* Maintain accurate documentation that reflects care delivery.
* Complete ACFI assessments and documentation as required for your shift, contributing to income maximisation.
* Assist in implementing, contributing to, and evaluating resident care plans as directed by your supervisor.
* Administer medications and ensure correct ordering, storage, and documentation procedures in line with organisational policies.
Essential Requirements
* Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
* Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care.
* Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
* Understanding of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
* Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain).
* Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
* Understanding of aged care accreditation processes.
